THE WORK: Discover the opportunity to make meaningful contributions and inspire collaboration. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to challenges for your immediate team and across multiple teams, all while reflecting a deep expertise in Solution Architecture. Join us to be part of a dynamic environment where your insights will truly make a difference. Architect solutions that optimize cost-to-serve and deliver significant value. Design comprehensive solution approaches including overall plans, cost estimates, staffing plans, delivery location strategies, and roadmaps. Communicate the rationale, components, and benefits of solutions through clear and impactful storytelling. Facilitate smooth transitions of solutions during mobilization and stabilization phases. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture. A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing Advanced proficiency in strategic thinking Advanced proficiency in communication Intermediate proficiency in project coordination Intermediate proficiency in problem solving
