THE WORK:
Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes, including journal entries posting and month-end closing activities
Prepare and analyze financial reporting, including Balance Sheet and P&L statements
Manage fixed assets accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Handle prepaid and accrual accounting, ensuring proper recognition and reconciliation
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to support financial accuracy and insights
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting (min 2-3 years)
Hands-on experience with fixed assets, prepaid and accrual accounting
Practical knowledge of journal entries posting and month-end close processes
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L)
Very good command of English (min. C1) – written and spoken
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience in process improvements or transitions
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
Experience in working in shared services / BPO environment
