SRE Engineer / Infrastructure as Code / Ansible
Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener playbooks de Ansible para automatización de configuración y despliegues en entornos RHEL y Windows Server a gran escala
- Implementar pipelines CI/CD utilizando Jenkins, GitLab CI y Artifactory para integraciones y despliegues en producción
- Desarrollar scripts en Python, Bash y PowerShell orientados a la reducción de tareas manuales repetitivas
- Gestionar la CMDB y configuraciones de sistemas garantizando consistencia, trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo
- Liderar la adopción de Infrastructure as Code (IaC) mediante Ansible en arquitecturas híbridas y entornos multi-servidor
- Definir y mantener estándares de versionado con GitFlow asegurando control de cambios y calidad del código
- Participar en la gestión de entornos contenerizados con Docker y Kubernetes en nivel básico-medio
- Administrar y automatizar servicios en entorno Microsoft incluyendo Active Directory, WSUS y PowerShell DSC
- Documentar soluciones técnicas y asegurar la transferencia de conocimiento en wikis corporativas
- Medir y ejecutar iniciativas de automatización orientadas a la reducción de tareas manuales operativas
- Mínimo 60 meses (5 años) de experiencia en roles DevOps, SRE o automatización en entornos de producción
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia con Ansible en gestión de entornos multi-servidor Linux
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia con herramientas CI/CD como Jenkins o GitLab CI
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en scripting con Python, Bash o PowerShell
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia trabajando con Git utilizando flujo GitFlow
- Certificación Red Hat Ansible Automation EX407 — Certified Specialist
- Certificación RHCSA — Red Hat Certified System Administrator
- Certificación MCSA Windows Server
- Certificación ITIL Foundation v4
- Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 acreditado
- Certificación CKA — Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- Certificación HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- Certificación GitLab Certified Associate
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en entornos regulados o Administración Pública
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia documentando en wikis o bases de conocimiento corporativas
