Job Summary
As an ICT Cadet, you will support the delivery of technology solutions for clients while building foundational skills across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
This is an early career opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience, structured learning, and exposure to real client projects within Accenture’s Technology practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery teams in implementing and maintaining technology solutions
- Assist in system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activities
- Work with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing
- Participate in testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and defect tracking
- Support basic configuration, deployment, or data-related tasks depending on the project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers
- Follow Accenture delivery methodologies and Agile practices
Skills & Experience
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (software development lifecycle, systems, or infrastructure)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in areas such as:
- Software development / testing
- Cloud & infrastructure
- Data & analytics
- Business analysis
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Engineering or related field
