Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

Receive and validate new customer credit assessment and contract requests.
Monitor existing customer and portfolio credit risk to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reconcile accounts receivable activity to the general ledger with attention to detail.
Apply cash remittances and manage credits or adjustments efficiently.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operational processes and support continuous improvement.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in Service Delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Quality Management.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
