RRN00016429 (ISS Internal Approval) Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner. - Document and track client interactions and resolutions to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong understanding of service management frameworks and best practices. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with client relationship management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
