THE WORK: Join us in creating exceptional experiences! You will build knowledge and support others while participating in problem-solving discussions. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on service desk best practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. Education requirements are not specified for this opportunity. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in IT Service Desk. Advanced problem-solving skills. Expertise in customer service techniques. Mastery of communication skills.
