Job Summary We are looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) professional with intermediate-level experience in SAM tools and strong exposure to major software publishers. The role focuses on license compliance, optimization, and governance across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Software Asset Management (SAM) processes using tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW SAM) and Flexera Perform software license compliance analysis, risk identification, and remediation activities Handle software publishers including Adobe, Autodesk, Red Hat, and Microsoft Interpret license agreements, contracts, and entitlements for accurate compliance position Conduct Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support activities, including: o Tier 1: Basic license queries, data validation, user support o Tier 2: Compliance analysis, reconciliation, optimization o Tier 3: Complex publisher engagements, audit support, escalation handling Support internal and external software audits and true-up activities Collaborate with procurement, IT, finance, and vendors to ensure license optimization Maintain accurate software inventory and entitlement records Provide reports and dashboards on compliance, usage, and cost optimization Required Skills & Experience Intermediate hands-on experience with SNOW SAM and/or Flexera Strong understanding of licensing models for Adobe, Autodesk, Red Hat, Microsoft Experience in software compliance, audit defense, and license optimization Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices Ability to work independently on complex compliance issues Good communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have ITIL / SAM / ITAM certifications Experience supporting global enterprise environments Exposure to cloud and subscription-based licensing
