The Analyst, Talent and Analytics Systems should have experience of working in an offshore environment.



1) Strong Error resolution and troubleshooting skills.



2) Self-starter, able to take initiative.



3) Organised and thorough in approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to meet targets and deadlines



4) Solution driven. Take proactive ownership and responsibility of issues and manage effectively through to resolution



5) Resilient and able to work efficiently and prioritise work to tight deadlines



6) Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile when needed.



7) Enthusiasm to work in a busy, motivated team and to contribute ideas and views.







• Good Communication - written and oral.



• Problem solving skills resulting in the resolution of issues



• Strong skillset of Oracle 9i /MS Sql Server Database and Oracle OBIEE/BICS for data visualisation



• Time management – working under tight reporting deadlines



• Exhibiting a high level of energy and excitement about opportunities and challenges - motivated

Qualifications

Graduates Preferred 2/3 years’ experience in any ETL tool. • Knowledge on Oracle 9i /MS Sql Server Database • Strong Knowledge of Data Warehouse Concepts. • Reporting Tools – OBIEE (preferably), MS Office Suite. • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and creating PL/SQL stored procedures. • Knowledge of any HRIS system like Peoplesoft/Workday desirable
