Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Strategy Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives and guide our clients in achieving their digital marketing objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, as well as the ability to craft and execute forward-thinking strategies that align with business goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that enhance brand presence, optimize customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Expertise in Marketing Process & Operations: Leverage deep knowledge in marketing processes to optimize operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all digital marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in brand messaging, campaign execution, and customer experience.
- Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and email, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Brand Innovation and Positioning: Provide strategic guidance on brand innovation and global positioning, ensuring the brand remains differentiated and competitive in the market.
- Decision-Making and Leadership: Lead and support team decisions, engaging with multiple teams to provide solutions to complex challenges and contribute to key decisions across projects.
- Process Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate existing marketing processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Written Communication Excellence: Ensure high-quality, impactful written communication in all marketing materials, reflecting the brand’s voice and strategic messaging.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with a focus on strategic consulting and leadership roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
