People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of Accenture offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role.
 
Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure.
 

Job Description
 
  • Maintain relationships at the C level for Major Telecommunication accounts
  • Establish Accenture brand as the service provider and strategic partner of choice for these accounts
  • Work with the Client Account Lead to find client’s business aspirations and issues that they are facing
  • Originate opportunities by bringing Accenture Telecommunication offerings or creating unique client offerings based on clear value proposition or client’s needs
  • Build awareness and interest of the clients on specific campaigns that Accenture will position at the clients
  • Test ideas and qualify opportunities with the clients’ C level executives
  • Work and coordinate with country Telco team to convert opportunities into Sales
  • Engage client on an on-going basis throughout the opportunity pursuit process, including monitoring of the opportunity progress, take actions or escalate issues as necessary. 
  • Manage client expectations throughout the opportunity pursuit
  • Sharpen/ detail down the aspirations/ issues to form opportunity that we can capture
  • Understand the client’s point of view on the value of the work proposed vs their buying process (direct appointment, RFP, etc.)
  • Follow through the opportunity in the client’s procurement process
  • Support in managing the client relationship
Qualifications
  • Able to be presented as a Senior Management representative of Accenture
  • Strong presence within Indonesia’s telco industry
  • Have an established and strong relationships with major telecommunications executive’s team
  • Understand the nature and dynamics of telco industry in Indonesia
  • Strong Origination capabilities – i.e.  good communication, ideas generation and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships at the top level
  • Perseverance to follow-up and pursue targeted opportunities
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in Sales Execution/Sales Execution
  • Expertise in include required skills
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
  • Have a minimum of 10 years in relevant industry
  • Minimum of Bachelor or Master degree

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
