Overall Purpose Of Job
  • This role supports the Service Delivery Lead.
  • Directly responsible for client satisfaction on service delivery, managing and developing people for high performance service delivery, identifying and implementing Client business value projects.
  • Manage relationships with Finance and business leaders in the different Client business units Operate as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Producing monthly analytics and scorecards to identify RCA, trends and performance of Delivery Centres in their controls execution
  • Coordinating monthly issues management process, including registering and tracking status of issues
  • Identifying and implementing R2R process improvements
  • Interacting with client operations team to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of service levels.  This includes responsibility for the delivery various Reports – internal + to clients.
  • Responsible for resource management and on-going grooming of the resources in the span
  • Demonstrate strong Customer Service ethic in the team through active communication, regular updates & meetings.
  • Identify capability gaps & ensure that the resources required to bridge the same are provided.

  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly with operational teams from different global locations
  • Readiness to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines

Educational Qualification
  • Minimum Requirement: CA/ICWA or Post Graduate or MBA (Finance) with strong knowledge in R2R functions and minimum 5 years working experience in BPO R2R operations
Experience Profile
  • At least 8 years of work experience (including min. 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting)
  • Should have experience in leading audit/ R2R teams of large multinational organization
  • Would have worked for a multinational organization where s/he would have worked with colleagues internationally,
  • Should have working experience and knowledge of SAP FI/CO module
  • Shared service center/ operations experience desirable
  • Should have worked in a process driven environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Senior leadership interaction skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
