About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on future-state finance operating models, incorporating automation, analytics, and AI-enabled processes
• Translate complex business challenges into value-driven SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
• Engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership, on transformation agendas and value realization
• Lead solutioning and proposal development, including business cases and client presentations
• Drive AI-enabled finance use cases such as predictive analytics, intelligent reconciliation, and process automation
• Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, including global delivery teams
• Contribute to capability building in finance transformation, advisory, and AI-led SAP solutions
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience delivering at least three end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
• Strong expertise in core SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and their business applications
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at leadership level
• Demonstrated ability in solutioning, proposal development, or pre-sales activities
• Experience leading teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled transformation outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and analytics within finance functions
• Exposure to use cases such as forecasting, close optimization, and anomaly detection
• Experience managing large-scale, complex transformation programs
• Consulting background with a track record of delivering client impact
