About the role

Join our Tech Support team in Budapest and start your career in IT Application Support!
In this role, you’ll learn how to manage and resolve application incidents for SAP ByDesign, a leading cloud-based ERP solution used across Europe.
 

Working within an ITIL-based service environment, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, supporting business users and gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems.

What will you do

  • Receive, log, and track application incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira)
  • Communicate with business users in English (and German, if applicable) to understand and resolve issues effectively
  • Support technical teams in coordinating issue resolution and monitoring service-level targets (SLAs)
  • Document incident details and escalate recurring issues following ITIL best practices
  • Participate in continuous learning — including structured training on SAP modules and other enterprise systems
  • Contribute to an international support team focused on technical excellence and customer satisfaction

What we expect

  • Basic IT understanding and strong motivation to build a career in IT support or enterprise applications
  • Positive, coachable mindset and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes
  • Education or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant related skills
  • Working knowledge of ITSM or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Hungarian and English fluency (spoken and written) is required; German language skills at B2+ level are a strong plus
  • Prior exposure to SAP systems (ByDesign, ABAP, Basis, FI, CRM, SRM, or SCM) is beneficial but not mandatory — all secondary skills will be taught on the job
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
