Job Description

If you are a solid English speaker and you would like to build-up cutting-edge IT skills in Application operations services, we invite you to join our Enterprise Applications support team in Budapest.

Our daily job is focused primary on supporting cloud-based Applications including driving operational efficiency topics and working closely with IT Architects/Managers and software engineers across locations and ensure timely delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for SAP system provisioning
  • Performing SAP Add-on upgrade, Support package upgrade
  • Handling system performance, SAP software logistics, client copy and ABAP system setup
  • Service request processing, Change Support and Release support
  • Vulnerability Management and Incident Prevention
  • Executing Single Customer Migration
  • Delivering on Public Cloud with scripting (Shell, Perl)
     

Expected Tech stack: Windows/IIS/Sharepoint/.net/Azure/GCP/Linux/Python/Ruby/Chef/Terraform/Rundeck/Jenkins

Qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Applications Operation admin role
  • Good understanding of established concepts and procedures in IT operations including administration and maintenance of assigned applications, services, systems, incident management, problem management, change and release management
  • Expertise in Linux environment for operating SAP systems
  • Knowledge of SAP HA/DR and backup/restore technologies
  • Hands on experience in handling public and private cloud administration skills
  • Understanding of cloud architecture
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Advanced English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written)
