Job Description

If you are a solid German and English speaker and you would like to build-up cutting-edge IT skills in System Administration, we invite you to join our System Admin support team in Budapest. Our daily job is focused primary on Incident and Change Management for various enterprise IT systems/IT Infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Analyze, process and handle production issues in collaboration with users, application vendors and other system support teams
• Perform change tasks
• Complete service requests
• Supervise VM patching for Linux and Windows servers, fix patching issues

• First point of escalation for internal teams and functions
• Support continuous improvement
• Work based on Working Instructions

Qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT 

• Solid English, Hungarian and German skills (spoken and written)

• 1+ year of hands on experience with Linux CLI, Windows Server, understanding of network, and preferably experience with SQL

• Familiar with Incident/Change Management 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills 

• Fast learner with IT affinity

• Ready for continuous learning and improvement
