ご入社後は、素材業界チーム（鉄鋼、非鉄金属、製紙パルプ、セメント等）への所属となり、深い業界知見を武器に、社内外のメンバーとプロジェクトを組みながら、業界全体またはお客様の社会的価値・企業価値が向上するためのプラン策定や変革の実行をリードします。
◆業務詳細
下記のようなテーマに携わり、業界全体、お客様の変革を全面的に支援しています。
・素材（鉄鋼、非鉄金属、製紙パルプ、セメント等）業界の産業別成長戦略
・素材業界におけるグローバル戦略（市場開拓・グローバルSCM）・PMI（M&A後の戦略～実行支援、組織改革）の戦略から実行まで
・素材業界におけるデジタル・トランスフォーメーション
・素材業界のカーボンニュートラル戦略から実行まで
・業界横断的や業界破壊（ディスラプション）に向けた戦略から実行まで
◆プロジェクト事例
・素材企業における全社戦略、事業戦略、およびESG・カーボンニュートラル戦略立案
・素材企業における全社デジタルトランスフォーメーション（戦略・PoC・実行）
・PMIによるグローバル戦略（グローバルSCM、組織統合）立案
・素材-川下（需要家）企業との企業横断バーチャルSCM、プラットフォーム構築
◆応募要件
・素材業界（鉄鋼、非鉄金属、製紙パルプ、セメント等）における業務経験3年以上
・産業構造変革に対する熱意
・他者を巻き込むコミュニケーション能力
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・コンサルティング経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・英語を用いた実務経験
・テクノロジー/デジタルに関する知見・経験・熱意
