Your Role
Design and implement enterprise-level architectures for Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions
Lead technical teams in designing scalable and maintainable CRM architectures
Architect and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure services, and external systems
Define technical strategies to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
Contribute to R&D and drive AI adoption in customer-centric processes
Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices in CRM solution architecture
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Technical Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform
Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights
Strong background in Power Platform, Azure, and cloud-based architectures
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and enterprise integration technologies
Experience leading technical teams and large-scale implementations
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
