Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects tools.
- Strong understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts related to business intelligence.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot SAP BusinessObjects environments for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Experience working within agile software development frameworks and collaborative team environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- 15 years full time education is required.
