Summary:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of reporting solutions for Oracle Utilities CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), ensuring accurate, timely, and business-ready reports for operations, billing, regulatory, and management needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of CC&B reports and dashboards
Design complex SQL queries and data models using CC&B schema
Develop and manage BI/Reporting solutions (OBIEE, BI Publisher, OTBI, Power BI, etc.)
Collaborate with functional teams to gather reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance
Optimize report performance and query efficiency
Manage a team of report developers and provide technical guidance
Handle report migration across environments (DEV TEST PROD)
Support audits, billing validation, and operational reporting needs
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B data model
Advanced SQL / PL-SQL
Experience with reporting tools (OBIEE, BI Publisher, Power BI, etc.)
Utility domain knowledge (billing, metering, collections, customer operations)
Leadership and stakeholder management

Additional Information:
