The Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) is a team of innovators and builders delivering cloud native solutions using Google Cloud technologies. THE WORK:
Ready to use your cloud and coding skills to solve tough client challenges and deliver real results? As a hands-on Google Cloud expert, you know that great software means creating value, not just writing elegant code. You’re both a strategic thinker and an analytical problem-solver, making you a valuable leader for complex projects. In this technical role, you guide clients, lead development teams, and work closely with experts to drive hands-on project delivery. You connect business needs with technical solutions, working directly with clients to build custom applications using Accenture’s Google Cloud offerings and agile methods for fast, impactful results.
Full Stack Cloud Development: Design, build, test, and deploy advanced cloud-native apps on Google Cloud, handling all phases from requirements to production support.
Client Solutions: Work directly with clients to identify challenges, translate needs into technical designs, and serve as a technical advisor throughout projects.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor onshore/offshore teams, review code, and collaborate with stakeholders for delivery excellence.
Modern Engineering & Agile: Use modern software practices and tools like Terraform within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
Specialized Google Cloud Delivery: Drive results in areas such as:
Data & AI: Build data pipelines and analytics with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Looker.
Generative/Agentic AI: Develop AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, and RAG models.
Security Operations: Integrate and automate with Chronicle SIEM/SOAR, Mandiant, and Security Command Center.
Marketing Intelligence: Deliver predictive, data-driven marketing using BigQuery and Vertex AI.
Customer Engagement: Implement and customize Contact Center AI for improved customer experiences.
App & Infra Modernization: Use GKE, Apigee, and CI/CD for modern application delivery.
Workplace Solutions: Build custom integrations for Google Workspace to automate workflows and connect enterprise tools.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
At least 2 years in a client-facing tech role (Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, etc.).
2-3 years building solutions on GCP and with an Object-Oriented Programming language (Python, Java, Node.js).
Experience leading global delivery teams and applying project management best practices.
Strong verbal/presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or 12+ years equivalent experience.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Proven consulting leadership in innovation and stakeholder engagement
Expert in product-focused engineering, operating models, and best practices
Strong GCP skills, including Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), GKE, Docker
Experience with Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Apigee, Cloud SQL, Spanner, Bigtable
Knowledge of Chronicle Security Ops, Security Command Center, SIEM/SOAR tools
Background in marketing analytics, CDPs, and marketing/sales solutions
Skilled in Google Workspace APIs and Apps Script for integrations/automation
Hands-on with Google CES (CCaaS) or other contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect)
Google Cloud Professional certified
