Contribuire all’evoluzione dei processi Finance & Accounting attraverso l’analisi delle performance e l’utilizzo di KPI come leva a supporto delle decisioni
Partecipare alla gestione della delivery end-to-end, assicurando il rispetto degli SLA e degli standard di qualità condivisi con il cliente
Collaborare all’identificazione di opportunità di miglioramento continuo, efficienza e automazione, contribuendo allo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative e scalabili
Lavorare a stretto contatto con stakeholder locali e team internazionali, in un contesto dinamico e multiculturale, favorendo collaborazione e continuità operativa

Hai un’esperienza di almeno 4 anni in ambito Finance & Accounting, maturata in ambito consulenziale ed in contesti strutturati
Costruisci relazioni di fiducia e di lungo periodo con i clienti e con gli stakeholder
Sai lavorare con un team locale e in offshoring
Possiedi una laurea in Economia, parli e scrivi Inglese fluentemente
