Industry X.0


A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X.0, an advanced, digitally-enabled planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. In your role within the Industry X.0 team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves across industries.  You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Communications, Media, High Tech, Chemicals, Products, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities.  As part of Accenture Digital, you’ll benefit from tailored career management and specialist skills that will fuel your ambitions in the Industry X.0 space.

Job Description

Functional Support Analyst professionals provide day-to-day support for one or more products or applications that are deployed to the production environment. Ensure the availability of an application or product for end users.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:


  •  Performs 3rd level support activities from Budapest (functional support)
  • Solves complex, application related problems that are escalated by the 1st and 2nd line team
  • Ensures efficient cooperation and communication between market and development team during the change processes
  • Operates the ticketing system
  • Documents activities, failures and prepares reports

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with functional or technical support

• Basic knowledge of ticketing tools

Fluency in German and in Hungarian (written and oral)

• Intermediate level of English

• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Ability of working in multicultural teams



• Auto sales domain experience
