THE WORK:
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:
Support gathering business requirements and documenting marketing processes for leading marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Help design simple process flows and support defining implementation approaches for marketing campaigns.
Document client requirements, understand their high-level business goals and target audiences, and support the team in defining marketing objectives.
Help identify opportunities to use marketing platforms more efficiently (e.g., automation, segmentation, and personalization).
Support end-to-end campaign activities: setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Monitor basic campaign metrics, prepare simple analyses, and contribute to optimization recommendations.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network Song (GN Song) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1+ years of overall experience in understanding and working with marketing campaigns.

Knowledge and/or experience with SFMC Engagement, SFMC Account Engagement, Data Cloud, Personalization and/or Salesforce Loyalty.

Solid consulting and techno-functional skills (experience at the intersection of business and technology is preferred).

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proven ability to use insights to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to design efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results.

Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients, with proficiency in measurement and marketing operations.
