Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving system performance and functionality through innovative approaches and collaborative efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- Experience with cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with customizing and extending Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
