Key Responsibilities :

  • Involve in project implementation, business requirements analysis, business process design, HRIS system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support

  • Gathering user requirement, translating functional document into technical specification

  • Ability to analyze business problems and provide technical advice

Here’s What You Need:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related disciplines

  • At least 1.5 years hands-on experience and 1 full cycle in HRIS Projects Implementation

  • Experience in business requirements analysis, business process design, HRIS system design and configuration, system testing and user training and go-live support

  • Certification in SuccessFactors Modules either EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation is a plus

  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
