Job Description:

Marketing Transformation Leader

Lead the reinvention of marketing operations for global enterprises. Architect AI-driven operating models, integrate cross-functional execution engines, and scale high-performance teams across consulting, media, and creative ecosystems.

Role Impact

You will drive our most strategic APAC engagements, transitioning clients from fragmented marketing efforts to integrated growth engines powered by AI and industrialized operations. This role demands mastery in building self-sustaining "run" organizations – whether within agencies, consultancies, or enterprise marketing functions.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define 3-year transformation roadmaps aligned to C-suite commercial objectives
  • Negotiate governance frameworks with CMO/CTO leadership teams

Operating Model Revolution

  • Reengineer end-to-end marketing operations with GenAI workflows (briefing → optimization)
  • Establish marketing control towers unifying strategy, creative, and media activation
  • Industrialize personalized journey orchestration at multimillion-customer scale

Cross-Functional Team Orchestration

  • Direct large teams with 15+  member distributed teams (consulting specialists, media traders, creative pods)
  • Implement predictive resource allocation across partner ecosystems
  • Develop future-capability academies for AI-augmented talent

Client & Commercial Stewardship

  • Rescue at-risk engagements through operational redesign
  • Convert transformation success into multi-year account growth
  • Govern ethical AI adoption across client marketing stacks

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years leading large-scale marketing operations across:
    • Top-tier management consulting (marketing transformation practice)
    • Global media agency networks (GroupM, Dentsu, IPG)
    • Integrated creative-operational hubs (in-house agency models)
  • Proven delivery of:
    • Marketing/digital operational transformations
    • Industrialized "run functions" servicing 10M+ customers
    • Seamless consulting-media-creative team integrations
  • Mastery in:
    • AI-powered campaign engines (generative content, MLOps)
    • Agile operating model design (pod structures, center-led governance)
    • Commercial negotiations with global holding companies
  • Boardroom presence with C-suite stakeholders
  • Portfolio of developed leaders now in Director+ roles
  • Crisis management pedigree (minimum 2 major program turnarounds)
