Customer Tech & Delivery is a core pillar within Accenture Song, focused on designing, developing, and delivering world-class digital products and platforms. Role Responsibilities:
- Assist client teams in the design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies
- Help identify gaps and inefficiencies in clients’ existing data architecture, working closely with senior colleagues to support analysis and solution development.
- Support the creation of roadmaps and contribute to recommendations for improving client processes and architecture, with mentorship from more experienced team members.
- Advise on innovative ideas and solutions to business problems, including AI and GenAI application
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Data Architecture - minimum 5 years of experience advising on data architecture
- Well-rounded knowledge of technical and functional aspects of data management, including Reference Data Management, Data Quality Improvement, Metadata Management, Data Marketplace and Data Governance.
- Experience working in a client-facing / consulting environment to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and in database and big data technologies including SQL, NoSQL, PySpark, Hive, etc.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to apply analytical and creative thought process.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience working with GenAI / large language models (LLMs) and a strong enthusiasm for staying current with advancements in generative AI and applied machine learning
- Professional experience in data science, machine learning, and business analytics
