We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and cloud technology solutions within a complex, multi-system enterprise environment. In this role, you will analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes, lead discovery workshops, and translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product managers to identify opportunities, manage dependencies and risks, and support the delivery of scalable solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Success in this role requires deep platform expertise, strong agile acumen, familiarity with AI-driven enablement tools, and the ability to bring clarity to complex and ambiguous situations

Due to project requirements, candidates must hold EU citizenship and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:

Team lead: EUR 2500 - 5300

Associate manager: EUR 2900 – 7300



Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze current and future business processes across Sales, Service, and Experience to identify optimization, automation, and digitalization opportunities.
  • Assess how processes are supported across Salesforce clouds and integrated systems, defining improvements that deliver measurable business value.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, gaps, and Salesforce opportunities.
  • Analyze process, system, and data flows to define functional and technical requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Translate business needs into declarative designs, functional requirements, process models, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with developers and Salesforce Architects to design scalable, maintainable multi-cloud solutions.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, impacts, and implementation considerations across CRM workflows and enterprise applications.
  • Bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive Agile delivery by managing backlogs, prioritizing and refining user stories, facilitating sprint planning, and supporting releases.
  • Leverage AI tools and accelerators to streamline analysis, automate documentation, and optimize requirements gathering.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in complex business and IT environments, with a strong focus on the Salesforce Ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across cross-functional teams and systems.
  • Experience analyzing process, system, and data flows to identify improvements and solution requirements.
  • Strong analytical and engineering skills, including functional specifications, business rules, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria.
  • Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum, including backlog management, user story writing, requirements refinement, and sprint ceremonies using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills, including root-cause, gap, dependency, and risk analysis.
  • Experience working with developers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, including leading discovery and requirements workshops.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, enterprise service buses (e.g., MuleSoft), and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI tools, intelligent automation assistants, and prompt-driven frameworks for requirements processing, user story generation, and software defect analysis.
  • Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Experience with enterprise CPQ / Revenue Cloud or Agentic AI integrations (e.g., Einstein / Copilot Studio).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
