Corporate Citizenship Budget and Foundation Sr. Analyst
This role supports both the Accenture Foundation and the Global Corporate Citizenship Budget team, contributing to the effective execution, financial stewardship, and governance of Accenture’s corporate citizenship and philanthropic activities. Corporate Citizenship at Accenture focuses on driving positive social impact through strategic investments, partnerships, and programs that advance inclusion, skills development, and economic empowerment in communities around the world.

Based in India, the role operates in a highly matrixed, global environment and works closely with leaders and partners across regions and time zones.
The position is split approximately 50% supporting Accenture Foundation operations and 50% supporting global Corporate Citizenship budget management and reporting. The role requires strong financial discipline, operational rigor, and the ability to work independently within established governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Accenture Foundation Support (Approximately 50%)
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Accenture Foundation, including governance, financial administration, and compliance activities
- Support Board and Committee governance, including preparation, coordination, and review of meeting materials, financial schedules, and tracking of actions and follow‑ups
- Support the grant lifecycle, including documentation, approvals, disbursements, tracking, and reporting, in line with Foundation policies and cash management requirements
- Prepare and maintain Foundation financial workpapers, supporting quarterly and annual reporting, audits, and governance reviews, and ensuring adherence to established controls and documentation standards
- Perform bank account reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items in coordination with Finance and external partners, and ensuring timely and accurate cash reporting
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Audit, and external auditors to support audits, regulatory requirements, and ongoing compliance activities
- Maintain accurate, organized financial records, trackers, and documentation, supporting transparency, traceability, and effective Foundation governance
Global Corporate Citizenship Budget Team Support (Approximately 50%)
- Support global Corporate Citizenship budget management processes, including actuals tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis within cash, pro bono, and DNP budgets
- Coordinate budget inputs from multiple regions and workstreams, including pro bono and market unit support, to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and materials for Global Corporate Citizenship leadership and governance forums
- Support quarterly and ad hoc financial reviews and budget governance processes; provide additional ad hoc operational support as needs arise
- Ensure alignment with internal financial policies, controls, and approval requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, reporting, and financial governance processes, and support implementation of enhancements
- Provide flexible support across additional operational and administrative priorities as the role continues to evolve
- Support global grant tracking in Accenture's myGrants tool

Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, finance, budget management, or governance‑focused roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
- Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills
- Experience in preparing materials for senior leadership or governance forums
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment across time zones
- Willingness to work second shift India hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting foundations, nonprofits, or regulated entities
- Familiarity with grant management, charitable finance, or governance structures
- Experience working with global or enterprise‑level budgets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar financial analysis tools
Tools & Systems
- Financial tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Quickbooks)
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, M365, Claude, Amethyst, etc.)
- Collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with enterprise finance or reporting systems is a plus
Additional Information
- This role does not include people management responsibilities
- Regular collaboration with global stakeholders is required
- Work hours will align with U.S. or EMEA time zones (second shift preferred)
