- Ensuring alignment with data governance, consent, and privacy requirements across implementations
- Partnering with marketing, analytics, and product teams to enable downstream activation and measurement
- Troubleshooting ingestion, profile, segmentation, and activation issues; providing root‑cause analysis and mitigation plans
- Ensuring delivery quality through architecture reviews, documentation, testing strategies, and operational readiness
- Coaching and supporting consultants and engineers; setting clear ways of working and quality standards
- Building trusted client relationships, managing expectations, risks, and cross‑stakeholder alignment

- Delivery leadership experience: planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and risk handling
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, implementable platform designs
- Consulting mindset with structured problem‑solving, ownership, and delivery focus
- People leadership mindset (formal or informal), including mentoring, feedback, and enabling others to succeed
- Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have

- Experience with run & operate / managed service models (monitoring, incident handling, runbooks)
