Job Description

As a member of the Executive Support Services team, you will provide support to a group of managing directors with different client focused responsibilities at local or Nordic level. You will be their primary point of contact for support and act as a liaison between the managing directors and their communities.

You independently complete a variety of administrative tasks and proactively identify and solve or delegate more complex topics. You will be working in a team environment, where the level of support you deliver requires a good understanding of a large complex international organization, along with the business insight to communicate and work effectively with other assistants in the organization and with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive calendar management and planning

  • Coordination of meetings with multiple executive level participants, both internally in Accenture and with clients

  • Organize and participate in community meetings and follow up on action items

  • Travel booking and handling of visa/passport procedures

  • Maintain contacts and email distribution lists

  • Time and Expense reporting

  • Active engagement in your own team and other corporate communities

Qualifications

  • High proficiency level in Danish and English and excellent communication skills

  • Min. 2-3 years of secretarial experience in an international work environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

  • Extensive experience in travel planning and booking

  • Meeting organization experience

  • HR confidential; time and expense reporting, recruiting and more

Prefered skills and qualifications:

  • Secretarial and administrative experience (2-3 years)

  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work well with all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors

  • Advanced multi-tasking skills and resourcefulness

  • Critical thinking: Ability to independently solve problems and make recommendations
