Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to plant maintenance modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between different system components.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
