Project Role : Data Management Practitioner
Project Role Description : Maintain the quality and compliance of an organizations data assets. Design and implement data strategies, ensuring data integrity and enforcing governance policies. Establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies.

Summary:
As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization's data assets to ensure their quality and adherence to compliance standards. This role includes designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that promote data integrity and enforce governance policies. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, they provide guidance on data quality standards and develop effective compliance policies to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business goals.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist junior team members in understanding data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance data handling procedures to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and compliance policies.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management and data integrity principles.
- Ability to develop and maintain data handling protocols that safeguard sensitive information.
- Familiarity with data strategy formulation and execution within complex organizational environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to optimize data usage and support business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
