Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied throughout the application lifecycle. By defining and implementing key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
