Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Sourcing and Vendor Management - Technology Procurement Basic Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Network devices and its procurement Participate in weekly status calls with our strategic vendors - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vendor Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with contract negotiation and management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Ability to analyze vendor performance and implement improvements. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Technical Experience 1 Negotiation 2 Procure to Pay 3 Knowledge of Buy now tool 4 Microsoft Office expert Professional Other attributes 1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 2-Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vendor Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
