Our Industry X.0 consulting practice brings together our consulting expertise to help clients drive digital transformation across the full product value chain in a connected Internet of Things (IoT) world―from product innovation and development through to manufacturing and product support. We have experts that support our clients to develop pathbreaking new smart products and services. We advise clients on how to manage their product innovation and development, manufacturing and services capabilities in a scalable way enabled by New IT. Our Industry X.0 consulting practice also helps clients to create new digital business operating models that support the shift from products to services and to design manufacturing operations that deliver innovation to their customers faster and at lower cost.

Right now, we are looking for experienced management consulting professionals that can help our clients drive their Digital Twin & Digital Thread agenda. You should already have experience and knowledge around capabilities, processes and technologies that you can apply within a management consulting setting. Your tasks, depending on the project, will include:

  • Deliver business consulting activities in large-scale PLM projects across Scandinavia
  • Define PLM roadmap
  • Support business transformation
  • Functional and/or technical Sales Support (Presales)
  • Contribute to RFPs
  • Prepare technical concepts, project reports and Best Practices
  • Work closely with management to facilitate execution of our business plan in the region
  • Participate in road shows, trade shows and other industry events
  • Process analysis and optimization
  • Facilitate and manage requirements analysis together with customers and technical experts
  • Develop solution proposals and implementation options
  • Develop concepts for business process harmonization
  • Monitor projects from conception to rollout

What we need:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as (Mechanical) Engineering, Automotive, Aeronautics, (Technical) Computer Science, or any related disciplines; alternatively an equivalent vocational training and/or equivalent work experience
  • Expert PLM knowledge throughout the entire project life cycle
  • Profound consulting experience in relevant industries (Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Energy, High Tech, Fashion/Apparel, FMCG…) and/or on a specific PLM process (requirements management, configuration management, manufacturing processes, SLM…)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the underlying business processes and business challenges
  • Profound understanding of at least one widely used PLM system (ENOVIA, SAP PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, Oracle Agile, Vault)
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD systems such as CATIA, ENOVIA, Pro/Engineer, CREO, Inventor, NX a decisive advantage
  • Experience in applying established methodologies like Lean Engineering, Six Sigma, PMI, Prince2, ITIL, Kanban, etc. a definite plus
  • Independent self-starter comfortable working in an international matrix organization
  • Structured, analytical and collaborative approach
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Creative and goal-oriented problem-solving strategies
  • High customer orientation, excellent presentation and communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Leadership skills and / or managerial experience desirable
  • Team-oriented, enthusiastic and inquisitive personality
  • Business fluency in English, both spoken and written. Any other Nordic language is an asset.
  • Flexible to travel in the region, at times also internationally
