Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. In this role, you will help clients translate business needs into scalable marketing architectures while guiding delivery teams through end‑to‑end implementations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Defining solution architecture and leading end‑to‑end implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Acting as a client‑facing consultant, gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring alignment throughout delivery
Supervising a small delivery team on a day‑to‑day basis and supporting active workstreams and deliverables
About you:
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (4+ years), including AMPScript, with exposure to SSJS, SQL, and API‑based integrations
Proven experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end solutions, supported by clear and user‑friendly documentation
Solid understanding of delivery methodologies, particularly Agile, and confidence working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
Broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds) and Marketing Cloud Connect configuration
Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360) and/or Marketing Cloud Next, or a strong motivation and ability to learn these quickly
Fluent Czech/ Slovak and English communication and presentation skills
What is in for you?
A strong Salesforce community — you’re surrounded by people who share know-how, patterns, and lessons learned.
Opportunities to work on different projects and industries, so you keep learning and don’t get stuck doing the same thing forever.
A culture that supports growth — careers evolve when ambition meets opportunity.
Space to develop your architecture skills: ownership of design choices, technical direction, and platform health.
A team that values engineering standards (quality, scalability, maintainability) and practical delivery.
