Salesforce Consultant

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, shape Salesforce functionality end to end, and turn real business needs into practical, scalable solutions. What you’ll work on
Designing and configuring Salesforce Core solutions (data model, automation, UI)
Building advanced Flows and other low‑code/no‑code solutions
Translating business requirements into clean Salesforce setups (without heavy custom code)
Supporting and evolving Salesforce solutions across different projects and domains
Managing users, reports, and dashboards
Preparing test scenarios and supporting UAT with business users
What we’re looking for
2–3 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience
Salesforce Administrator + Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification
Strong Flow Builder skills (complex automation)
Solid Salesforce Core configuration knowledge
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
English for international collaboration + Czech or Slovak for local stakeholders
Nice to have
Salesforce Loyalty Management experience
Experience from Retail, FMCG, Pharmacy, or similar domains
Integration experience (external systems, e‑commerce, POS)
Agile experience (Jira, Confluence)
