Data & AI Manager

You will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for your clients.
You will be working on projects revolving around data strategy, data governance, and data management and artificial intelligence applications, working closely with data science teams and analytics hubs to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how data & analytics can transform and improve their organizations, starting from the key business issues that they face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading digital transformation projects to make our clients data-driven enterprises;
- Leading workshops on the key data challenges of our clients;
- Building the data and artificial intelligence capabilities of clients working in different industries;
- Delivering a data strategy for new products and services, while integrating technologies in the client’s IT landscape;
- Partnering with our clients to find the best data solutions;
- Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- +6 years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Modern Data Architectures, and in the application of data science and artificial intelligence, as well as in modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and practical machine learning applications across banking, industry, retail, and resources sectors.
- Experience on data strategy / definition and/or data science and artificial intelligence activation/implementation;
- Good communication and client facing skills;
- Proactive, problem-solving and collaborative;
- Prior experience in data & analytics and data governance projects.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
