Job Description
This will be your future team:
HR Business Partners team is part of our internal HR department and is responsible for all Accenture divisions in Prague. HRBPs build deep personalized relationships with business leaders and our employees, and proactively support our people through their life, career, and project experiences.
This will be your future role:
- Work closely with our Practice Leads to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance and use that knowledge as a coach of our people.
- Coordination of HR processes such as: Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Total Rewards.
- Close cooperation with colleagues from HR department (HR back office, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Comp&Ben).
- Coaching Managers and People Leads to enable them to guide employees.
- Acting as the performance improvement driver and suggesting positive changes in the people management.
- Participating in various HR projects.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a new colleague who speaks fluent Czech, has great communication skills, is assertive, easy-going and a team player.
- We would welcome someone with experience in HR (HR Generalist, HR Specialist, junior HRBP) who has a potential to become a true HR Partner for our key stakeholders.
- Fluent in English is a must (B2/C2) as we are a multinational company with colleagues from different part of the world.
- Good knowledge of Labour Code is a big advantage, same as experience in a multinational company.
