Job Description

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role within our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain test scenarios and tools to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance for the diverse range of products spanning from Big Data projects and web applications to mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices.

In essence, your role will involve close collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and developers to comprehend the client's needs and contribute to the development of effective solutions. You will be instrumental in creating and executing comprehensive test strategies, spanning from unit tests to integration, system tests, user acceptance testing (UAT), exploratory tests, and non-functional tests.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications ​

  • Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing automation, with preferably 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Robot Framework or any other open-source automation framework.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with a preference for Python (considered as an advantage)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript test scripting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in spoken Czech/Slovak language and English.
     

This is a main contract position (HPP), not suitable for self-employment (IČO), offering a hybrid work model based in Prague for a Prague-located clients.
