What you will do
As a Cybersecurity Consulting Consultant, you will play a key delivery and advisory role in cybersecurity transformation engagements. You will work directly with clients, lead defined workstreams, and support senior leaders in shaping security strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
You will combine cybersecurity domain knowledge, consulting skills, and GenAI-enabled approaches to help clients reinvent how security supports their business.
Typical responsibilities include:
Leading cybersecurity consulting workstreams across security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, IAM, and data protection
• Working with client stakeholders to assess current-state security capabilities and design target-state operating models
• Performing security assessments, gap analyses, maturity reviews, and regulatory readiness activities (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Translating business objectives into practical, value-driven security solutions
• Leveraging GenAI, automation, and intelligent agents to accelerate analysis, documentation, and decision-making
• Preparing client-ready deliverables including strategy documents, roadmaps, executive presentations, and proposals
• Acting as a trusted advisor by clearly communicating options, trade-offs, and impacts
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team capability development
Who we are looking for
We are looking for consultant-level professionals who combine cybersecurity knowledge with strong consulting skills and are motivated to help organizations transform securely in a GenAI-enabled world.
Required qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk, or technology consulting
Experience delivering client-facing consulting projects and structured deliverables
Exposure to security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, NIST)
Strong interest in further developing and growing security consulting skills or skills in a specific security domain (e.g. Cyber Security, IAM, Risk & Compliance, Data Protection)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling
Ability to bridge business, risk, and technical perspectives
Confidence working independently on defined workstreams
Practical interest in GenAI, automation, and modern security toolingAdvanced level of English (written and spoken)
Czech or Slovak at native or fluent level
University degree (technical field is an advantage)
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience in one or more domains: Cyber Security, IAM, Risk & Compliance, Data Protection, Security Strategy
Consulting experience in a professional services environment
Relevant certifications or progress toward them (ISO 27001, CISM, CRISC, Security+)
Experience supporting large-scale security or transformation programs
Interest in GenAI-driven security and AI governance
