This will be your future team:

Our team is working for a leading European energy company. We support them with HR administrative service, payroll and pension, so our client can focus on their core business. We are open-minded, hardworking and ambitious. We have a very open attitude to change, and welcome ideas that can help improve things both for us and for our client. You will work in a predominantly international team, where your colleagues like to experience life abroad. For many of us, this also means socializing outside of work.

This will be your future role:

As HR and Pension Advisor you enjoy helping people on the phone and via chat or email with any HR or Pension related questions they might have. You will be making updates in the system when someone changes their job or personal information or enrolls into a pension plan, and you will be creating documents for important milestones in an employee’s career. Some examples of what you will be handling:

  • Employee life-cycle management, such as on-boarding, job changes, leave and termination
  • Personal information changes
  • Contract letter production
  • Enroll employees into pension plans and update the system with their contributions
  • Perform pension related calculations

As HR and Pension Advisor you never know what your day will look like; you might be talking to third party providers, solving complex questions for a retirement forecast calculation, or assisting an employee with a parental leave query.

This is what you already have:

  • You are fluent in German and have good communicative skills
  • You are able to work independently
  • You have strong computer skills (ability to learn and use efficiently various systems)
  • You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, daily use of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • You like to give customers the best experience possible
  • You have a good eye for detail and take pride in working accurately
  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy solving complex issues
  • You like to deep dive into legislative and regulatory matters
  • Previous experience working in Payroll, HR or service delivery is an advantage
  • Knowledge of German company pension legislation would be a plus
