HR Administration Specialist with Polish

 

Transaction Processing Associate

 

 

This will be your future team:

We are a team of enthusiastic, creative and HR oriented people focused on providing an excellent service to our client. Our everyday activities include end-to-end HR processes such as: onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, benefits administrations, exit process, etc.

 

You will be also part of big international team supporting different regions such as Poland, Benelux, Germany.

 

This will be your future role:

You will act as point of contact for employees regarding HR related questions.

You will be in touch with local HR department in Poland and local authorities (Social Insurance, Benefit providers).

You will be generating HR documentation, reports and you will be using SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Platnik on daily basis.

 

You will be also responsible for updating process documentation, translation from Polish to English and from English to Polish.

You are Polish speaking individual who is willing to develop his/her skills in HR field

You are a good team player and client oriented

You like challenges and dynamic work

You are detail oriented person and you have problem solving skills
