Job specification:
  • Member Czech Technology Support team, which provides IT support services to Accenture employees (internal client).
Main responsibilities:
  • Provisioning of IT support services to end-users (2nd level of IT support; end users are supported both on-site or remotely)
  • Troubleshooting of IT related incidents, escalation/cooperation with other internal/external groups as appropriate
  • Processing of request from users, provisioning the information about the solutions / progress
  • Adherence to Accenture / IT processes and policies
  • Working with ticketing application
  • Participation in local/regional projects/initiatives (as/when required)
  • Reporting activities
  • Other duties as assigned
Required skills:
  • Czech/Slovak language: Native, English language: Fluent
  • Good knowledge of Workstation HW
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Operating systems:
    • Deep technical knowledge of Windows 7 required; knowledge of Windows 10 is an advantage
    • Knowledge of other Microsoft operating systems (including server OS) is an advantage
  •  Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and commands required as well as basic knowledge of networking components (switch, HUB, router etc.)
  •  Applications: MS Office 2010/2013/2016 required (user level of knowledge)
  •  Ability to troubleshoot network problems/operating systems/application problems, knowledge helpdesk application/information system
