Role Summary:

The Programmatic Specialist is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns. They are responsible for the accurate and timely trafficking of campaign assets, including tags and creatives. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work closely with the Programmatic Strategist and other team members. Key responsibilities include managing trafficking processes, ensuring proper implementation of campaign elements, and supporting the team in achieving client objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hands-on set-up, management, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns within buying platforms to deliver on business objectives. 

  • QA and validate creative assets (3rd party tags, creative specs, etc.) to validate specs against platform requirements. 

  • Build, traffic, QA and launch campaigns within DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google Ads, DV360, Amazon DSP and Stackadapt. 

  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize their performance. 

  • Advanced understanding of buying platforms in terms of structure and targeting capabilities. 

  • Compile reports as needed, draw insights from data and make recommendations on how to increase efficiency of media buys. 

Job Specific Experience, Education and Skills:

  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in Programmatic Platforms and marketing automation tools. 

  • Full understanding and management of the most important DSP platforms. This includes UI navigation, optimization levers and reporting capabilities. Examples: DV360, Trade Desk, Stackadapt, Campaign Manager, Amazon. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in advertising. 

  • Minimum required education: High School Diploma.

  • Good English communication level C1 and above. 

  • Experience working in a data driven environment. 

  • Experience using PowerPoint and other Office products; and good use of Microsoft Excel and Advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to create and update complex reporting. 

  • Certifications: Google Ads Display Certification (Required). Google Ads Video Certification (Required). Google Analytics Certification (Desirable). Display & Video 360 Certification (Desirable). Campaign manager 360 Certification (Desirable). The Trade Desk Trading Essentials (Plus). Amazon DSP Certification (Plus). Data Studio (Desirable). 

  • Excellent administrative and documentation skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Experience with technical issues, such as campaign delivery, QA, and troubleshooting. 

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to follow through and self-organize. 

  • A team player who can prioritize and organize multiple tasks. 

  • Excellent Communication skills and customer service.
