Core Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage, route, and prioritize Salesforce tickets within SLAs
Troubleshoot system and issues
Perform daily activities to maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
Consult with training administrators and users on LMS functionality
Maintain system & governance standards
LMS reporting and analytics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree completed.
Availability to travel may be required.
English proficiency required.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a preference for Workday Learning
Proficient in ticket and case management, with a preference for Salesforce
Demonstrates strong consulting skills
Exceptional analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Skilled in LMS reporting and data analysis
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization
Superior attention to detail and quality
Dedication, willingness, and flexibility to meet tight and/or changing deadlines
Inquisitiveness and desire to learn new things to grow with company needs
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work within schedules
