Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage, route, and prioritize Salesforce tickets within SLAs

  • Troubleshoot system and issues

  • Perform daily activities to maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Consult with training administrators and users on LMS functionality

  • Maintain system & governance standards

  • LMS reporting and analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed.

  • Availability to travel may be required.

  • English proficiency required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a preference for Workday Learning

  • Proficient in ticket and case management, with a preference for Salesforce

  • Demonstrates strong consulting skills

  • Exceptional analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Skilled in LMS reporting and data analysis

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Superior attention to detail and quality

  • Dedication, willingness, and flexibility to meet tight and/or changing deadlines

  • Inquisitiveness and desire to learn new things to grow with company needs

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work within schedules
