The Digital Inside Sales within Accenture Operations is focused on advertising products using outsourced tele sales operations. In partnership with marketing, we drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls. As the DIS Operations Lead, you will lead overall Operations delivery where Seller will provide the client services to the pre-existing customers, on their currently running Ad products and ad campaigns, by providing strategic advertising, advisory and backend support as after sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Ads Management:

Over 8 years of proven success in selling Ads Marketing services and technologies, consistently driving business growth and achieving measurable results.

Owning a sales quota per relevant region and domain – building and executing a sales plan to meet and exceed the targets.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth.
Business Operator:

Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/ benefit analyses.

Leading high-performing teams while orchestrating complex, cross-channel digital strategies for market-leading brands.

Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.

Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs.

Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, sales training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Liaise with clients and deliver client asks.

Coaching and mentoring supervisors/ Managers to enable them to effectively manage their teams.

Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with Sales supervisors.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate. Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to improve DIS review processes and identify areas for enhancement.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks.

Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving challenges.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams to align review practices with broader company objectives.

Qualifications
Requirements:
12 years over all experience (Sales Digital Marketing services)
Extensive expertise in scaling digital operations and maximizing ROI
7 years of relevant experience in performance Marketing, growth marketing and Digital Inside Sales.
Master's degree (preferably in marketing or business or gained equivalent experience selling digital solutions for 2+ years).
Minimum required English level: C1+

Strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have minimum 6 years supervisory/management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles.
Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
Experience in managing corporate sales.
Successful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts
Other skills:
Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement & consistent business growth.
Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs.
Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments.
Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions.
Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders.
