Summary:
As a Prompt Engineer, your day involves designing, creating, and refining prompts tailored for Large Language Models. You will engage in activities that guide and improve the responses generated by these models. Your work includes developing effective interactions with artificial intelligence systems by leveraging programming skills and utilizing various experimental environments to test and optimize prompt performance. This role requires continuous exploration and adjustment to ensure the AI behaves as intended and delivers meaningful outputs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompt designs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate prompt performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Document prompt engineering processes and share knowledge to support team learning and development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in prompt development and troubleshooting.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI model interaction and prompt development.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to refine prompt strategies effectively.
- Familiarity with AI playgrounds and environments for testing and iterating prompt designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in prompt optimization and AI response enhancement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Prompt Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
