Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding client needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- Strong expertise in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces across multiple platforms.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex front-end issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Skilled in integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
